ProHeat 2000

The ProHeat 2000 is the next generation in trailer-mounted Infrared Restoration Systems.

The Kasi ProHeat 2000 combines a 48 sq. ft. UltraGlo pavement heater, 2 (or 4) ton asphalt reclaimer, compactor lift, and tool storage compartment on one trailer. The convenient 5-tank system assures maximum operating time. Perform the finest infrared restorations with the finest and most complete infrared system.

IR-300

The Kasi IR-300 is 30 sq. ft. trailer-mounted infrared pavement heater.

Similar to our larger pavement heaters, the IR300 utilizes UltraGlo infrared converters to safely reheat existing asphalt surfaces. The smaller size significantly enhances the maneuverability of this heater. The 5’ wide x 6’ long heater is small enough to get into tight spaces yet large enough to tackle the occasional “big job”.

IR-480

The Kasi IR-480 is a 48 sq. ft. trailer-mounted infrared pavement heater.

Utilizing UltraGlo infrared heaters the IR-480 reheats the existing asphalt pavement. In 3 minutes the pavement is sufficiently softened to apply pavement texturing. By increasing heating time to 7-10 minutes the asphalt is workable to a depth of 2 inches or more allowing for permanent repairs of almost all pavement defects.
